Kimchi!!.. pula, halang ug crunchy. and the taste? ammm kinda weird at first. an unusual for a filipino taste; this is for me the way to describe kimchi.. weird and unusual indeed, after a week or two after trying kimchi, i found myself craving for it again. lami pud.. hehehe
